Completion times may vary, and our completion times are an estimate only. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact RARE. at customerservice@findyourrare.com prior to placing your order.

Orders are shipped via the customers choice from the following options, and the customer is solely responsible for shipping costs:
USPS, UPS, FedEx

All orders are packed securely and include tracking and insurance, up to $100.00. However, in the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged, insurance claims will be handled by us and we will make a replacement at no charge to you.

Once the product is shipped, and out of the RARE. manufacturing space, we are no longer responsible for delivery times, and questions regarding shipping and delivery must be directed towards your selection shipping carrier.

Return shipping instructions will be provided to the customer by RARE. as noted in the ‘Refund Policy’ section of this page, above.
