Completion times may vary, and our completion times are an estimate only. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact RARE. at support@findyourrare.com prior to placing your order.
Orders are shipped via the customer's choice from the following options, and the customer is solely responsible for shipping costs:
USPS, UPS, FedEx
International customers are responsible for all customs and VAT fees.
All orders are packed securely, including tracking and insurance, up to $100.00. However, in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, we will handle insurance claims and make a replacement at no charge to you.
Once the product is shipped and out of the RARE manufacturing space, we are no longer responsible for delivery times, and questions regarding shipping and delivery must be directed to your selected shipping carrier.
RARE will provide the customer with return shipping instructions, as noted in the ‘Refund Policy’ section of this page above.
